Ian began his real estate career coming from the largest piano company in the Unites States as one of the top salespersons in the company after five years. Ian previously worked in entertainment finance for Sony Pictures. He completed his music degree from the University of Michigan. 

Southern California became Ian's home in 1995 after touring and traveling the West Coast with a Bay area music ensemble.
